LLM Mental Health Law Online

Mental health law impacts on many areas, which are reflected in the breadth of this course. In this online course you will cover various aspects of mental health and the law associated with it, including: housing and society; overlaps with criminal and civil law; specifics as to employment and the application of the Mental Health Act; and the Mental Capacity Act in practice. You’ll examine the availability of services, regulation of mental health care providers and the relationship between society and people who live with mental disabilities.
