The contents of the document are up to you but in most instances, the parties are advised to provide the disclosure of assets they own separately, determine what will happen with the earnings acquired during the marriage, indicate the alimony and financial support for the kids (it may be relevant even before the divorce is formalized), state the rights and duties of the couple - who will contribute to the household financially and who will take care of the house, and explain how to update or terminate the agreement in question.
